By using the KitDistrict website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Products
Our shirts are retro-inspired designs. We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary and small differences may occur. KitDistrict is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any club, league or player named on the site.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in your currency and may change without notice. Payment is taken securely when you place your order. We may cancel an order if a price is clearly wrong or an item is unavailable, and will refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent.
Delivery and returns
Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
