Refund Policy

Returns
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
How to return
Email support@kitdistrict.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without asking first will not be accepted.
Damaged or wrong items
If your shirt arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Return the original item and place a new order for the size you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was faulty or wrong.
